De Liedjestovenaar komt aan in het kloppende hart van Marrakesh, het Djemaa El Fna plein, waar ze haar reis start door het muzikale landschap van Marokko. Ze wil ontdekken wat de betekenis is van een oude Arabische tekst, ooit gekregen als kind van haar moeder. Tijdens deze voettocht, ontmoet ze de meest uiteenlopende musici, die haar meenemen in de lokale muziekstijlen van het land. Iedere ontmoeting brengt haar steeds dichter bij de ontrafeling van de mysterieuze woorden. De Magie van Marokko zoomt in op de magische aantrekkingskracht van de Noord-Afrikaanse cultuur, de muziek, de taal, de sfeer, de kleuren en de geuren. Opzwepend, poëtisch en bezwerend.

The Song Enchanter arrives at the bustling heart of Marrakesh, the Djemaa El Fna square, where she begins her journey through the musical landscape of Morocco. She aims to uncover the meaning of an ancient Arabic text she received as a child from her mother. During this journey, she encounters a diverse array of musicians who introduce her to the local music styles of the country. Each encounter brings her closer to unraveling the mysterious words. The Magic of Morocco zooms in on the enchanting allure of North African culture, the music, language, ambiance, colors, and scents. It’s captivating, poetic, and mesmerizing.
